Sorry for my late reply. I simply did not see the comment. I’m glad you like this activity. Of course you can use the general idea of this journal. I just haven’t had the time to finish it and find more videos. Please let me know how things worked out with your learners and how you adapted the activity 🙂

Hi Carolin,
I also liked the idea of a listening journal very much and will try it with my German students (grade 11). In the introduction text it says, that you can see a star rating on how difficult the videos are. I couldn’t find the stars anywhere though. Can you tell me where to find them?

Thank you very much for visiting this page and for your remark concerning the star rating system. I have to admit that I only set up the page to illustrate the basic idea a while ago. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the time to work on the rating system or include more videos. I think rating the videos might also depend on your specific learner group.
